It was a pleasure for me to get a quick and helpful support from 1Password support team just in a few minutes. A manager politely and clearly described what I need to do to sort my issue out. I'm very glad with the so productive communication.

I feel 1 Password is a very good App

I feel 1 Password is a very good App, only sometimes (once per year) it happens that I have to restart my bowser (Chrome) to make 1 Password cooperate again with Chrome. Besides this it works very stable and reliable. I am happy with it.

Best password manager in the market

Tried multiple solutions - 1 password is by far the best one. There's true love about security at 1password, the product is top notch and the customer support is true customer support.

I had a problem connecting 1Password…

I had a problem connecting 1Password and needed the assistant of the support. It is extremely rare by this times to have some efficient people at a support of an app, either you pay for it or not. Anyway I was very happy about the assistance provided that was fast, and immediately brought solution to my problem. Thank you guys and please go on like you already do!

I received great customer support from 1Password.

Just wanted to say I received great service via email from 1Password customer support. I couldn’t log into my account from an error I had made. I could still get into my account via ID touch but there are times you need to actually log in. So contacted customer support and they were very helpful and fully explained each step I needed to do to overcome my issue. Couldn't activate Windows Hello across reboots (with TPM Module), got a fast and helpful answer with probable reasons it didn't work. The troubleshooting steps where detailed and easy to follow - and worked!

Excellent Customer Service

Although I am very new with using 1Password, I'm learning how to use it quickly. The interface is very good - easy to understand and use. It seems to work very well. I had a little difficulty installing it on all my devices, as well as my husband's devices (we have the Family Plan). Customer Support, which I contacted via email, helped to remedy my confusion. The Customer Support Team for 1Password is absolutely GREAT! I'm very glad I switched to 1Password.

Resolving an account conflict

I had an issue resolving an old account related to 1Password. Melicia jumped on it and made sure I was able to get in and get up and running. Excellent service and done quickly. I appreciate great client service.
