Astounding and important piece of gold standard software
I've used 1password for some years now, and it is absolutely fantastic. Their innovation with the product (recent SSH key generation addition for example) is wonderful to see, and I would not be without 1password. Its a pleasure to subscribe and buy the product and 1password will now forever be a part of my life and online experience. A+++

Mac App rejecting password fixed
My Mac client suddenly started rejecting my master password. Despite troubleshooting confirming that I was using the correct password, even copy/pasting it from my Mac to my iPhone, where it was accepted, I just kept getting the shakes from the login screen on the Mac. Support had me run diagnostics by merely clicking on links in my email, which did everything behind the scenes. It was pretty slick. very successful support!
After switching from 1Password to a family version, we had massive problems with access and vaults. 1passwort@com support was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would be happy if I always had such positive experiences with other supports!

Tried many password managers
Tried many password managers, many were descent, but 1password stood out to me with great apps across all platforms i need (ios/windows/linux), pricing is good but no free tier, everything normal till one day i couldnt access my vault, i dont know if its my fault and i suddenly forgot my password or 1password decided it will not accept it anymore, but i was locked out, reach out to them and i got an answer the same day, in a couple of emails (3 or 4) i was able to create another account and ...
