The experience was excellent
The experience was excellent. Everyone I dealt with (including Bitbot) showed patience and professional concern for my situation. Which I think came down to confusion about the UI. As with so many tech issues the ultimate answer was RTFM. Thanks

I've been using 1Password for many…
I've been using 1Password for many years with a standalone vault. I recently switched to a 1Password account and it's so much better (better webform fill-ins for one thing). It was much easier to migrate than I was expecting and their email support has been fast and thorough. Highly recommend!

iOS 1Password Support - Updated
I have used 1Password on my Mac computer for many years. Many. But I could never get comfortable using 1Password on my iPhone. I tried, but I would fail and just get angry. Finally, I contacted 1Password ios Support. My support person (Will) was very patient with me and kept up the dialog and instructions until I finally got 1Password working on my iPhone as I thought it ought to. No Access to New Vaults for Family Member
A member of my 1Password Family could not access vaults that I had created in our account. Could not find what to do to correct this problem. Wrote a quick note on a Sunday to 1Password support receiving an answer very early Monday morning. Clicked on the ‘create and share vaults’ link then followed directions. Thank you very much 1Password Support - you information took care of my problem immediately.
