Best customer service I have had in a long while
Zahra and Nate were so patient and clear in their responses to help me change my account from family to individual. There instructions were simple to follow and also gave me indications of what to do if I didn't get the result that was expected. Zahra was quick to return my emails. I am a senior citizen and the instructions were clear and concise, very easy to follow the links helped a lot. Thank you for such a good experience, which is rather rare in today's world!

Computer technology can make life better and easier. Computer technology security, however, can be one of Dante's Nine Circles of Hell - unless you have 1Password. I have been using 1password for a number of years. I have also tried competitors of this product but 1password by far is the most consistent, and safe of the products I've tried. They've got me.

1Password - the most important App you don't own yet
1Password is possibly the most important App I own - it ensures safe and easy managing of passwords. I just decided to upgrade from single-user to family access to ensure that my kids learn right away how to manage passwords and avoid security-related issues later on.
