I reached out to the support team for assistance with moving to a new mobile devise. The support team responded in a timely manner and was able to help talk me through how to correctly address my issue. That was a lifesaver because I am so dependent on this app!

I changed my master password & lost it!

I changed my master password to 1Password. I thought I didn't write it down anywhere and 2 hours later need to log in. I had also changed my appleid password! wow! There are some wonderful folks out there. another new appleid password but still no 1Passoword master password. Support folks were there amazingly quickly with lots of suggestions. The best I could try passwords I though I made as many times as I wanted in hopes of remembering the right combination. THat triggered the " one more ...

I have known 1password for many years. I use it without problems, now I have switched to the latest version and for the hurry I opened a new account without realizing that I could continue with the previous one having a discount for 2 years. I wrote about the problem and very quickly and very kindly, they checked my previous profile and applied me the discount for the 2 years. Great service and professionalism! But I don't discover anything new, they are like that .... Thanks !

I have been using 1 password since 2014. It has been extremely useful at keeping all of my passwords. Occasionally as Chrome/google updates 1 password must reconfigure. During these times the help team at password is very helpful with personalized care. I will continue to use 1Password with confidence that they always "have my back".

I was having considerable difficulty with the transition from 1PW6 to 1PW7 and sought the assistance of 1PW Mac support. The assigned agent Kevin was very helpful and patient, and walked me through numerous email iterations of checking and correcting. Eventually we were able to straighten out my errors and got 1PW7/1PW.com working properly. Thanks so much Kevin for helping me get things running smoothly!

Review of Password Manager App

I have purchased a password manager and because my computer skills are what I'd call grade school level, I needed a lot of help from their customer service department. They were patient, explained everything clearly in emails and using graphics, and even created a video showing me step-by-step how to change/update passwords using their app. I consider the service exceptional.
