Hi, I like 1Password very much. The computer it was loaded is now crashed. I miss it.
Hi, I had 1Password on my desktop when it crashed sometime later (not due to 1Password.) The Master password is also on the crashed computer. How do I revive my account??

Excellent, patient customer service
I recently had the experience of working with Laura Rooke, at 1Password customer service. Over a period of exchanged e-mails, with me describing the problem I was having, and Laura providing a solution, we were able to address and solve every issue I had (I was migrating from a stand-alone version, to the subscription version). Definitely recommend 1Password for both quality and service.

Friendly, helpful customer service and Excellent product
As a new user of 1Password - I was trialling it - I was very happy with the prompt, efficient and courteous support that I received from the 1Password customer service representatives, Melicia H and Ben Chan. The pleasant experience of dealing with the 1Password CS reps was a factor in my decision to buy the product. The fact that the product itself is excellent helped as well.

Excellent Service
Morgan from customer service was so kind and thorough! I had subscribed through the app via Apple Pay, which did not allow me to upgrade to the family plan. Morgan walked me through the steps to correct the issue and credited my account for the difference! Thank you for the kind and detailed response! My husband and I are loving One Password.

Saving the password by entering into 1Password
When I enter into 1Password with my private password you have the opportunity to save it. First I thought it's quite comfortable. Suddenly I was not sure anymore and wanted to change it, but it was not possible. The support team of 1Password helped me very quickly, it was a problem from the Firefox-Browser. The support team even send me a picture with perfect explanation how to change it. I'm so grateful and worked out very well.

Excellent customer service
I am thoroughly impressed with the help I received from customer support, specifically Laura R. I had tried to move my 1Password files to a new computer, but the master password was not working. Laura was always quick to respond to my questions and walked me through how to reset my account with great aplomb. I was back up and running within a day. Thank you so much for the terrific support!
