The Very Best is 1Password!
I was reluctant to sign up but with times like they are, security is number 1. I cannot express how wonderful 1Password support has been. Believe me, I have needed them so much it has ben embarrassing at times but they never gave up on me. Plus during this time we have been switching from Microsoft to Apple, and at our 70+ age it has given me a headache. Thank you all for your help and patience! Blessings to all!!

Zero to and fro. Got it solved in the first go.
The support executive pointed out exactly how I can resolve the issue I was having. I tried quite a few times to link my subscription to my account as I had the purchase made on my iPhone. I successfully got it resolved as the instructions given to me were exactly on point.

perfect solution to have complex…
perfect solution to have complex passwords and still not remember any. With respect to the current issue on subscription expiry, the experience to address this by the team was fantastic. I was quite nervous of complex passwords in place and had to have a solution done above the issue. Thank you 1password team !!!

I appreciate all the care, kindness and gracious support I received in closing my 1Password individual account. The support included: 1) Freezing my individual account. 2) Refunding the auto payment that occurred during our communications back and forth. 3) Providing extremely clear instructions to delete the individual account. I've been using this service for a couple of year, I'm glad I started using 1Password. The apps are good, the customer service is good. Everything's good.

Switching versions was easy - support helped a lot!
I have been using the standalone 1Password for probably 10 years now and just upgraded to the Family version of 1Password online. I am loving the upgrade and the ability to share passwords with my spouse. When I needed to upgrade, I reached out to support and they did a great job helping me make the transition!

Excellent Customer Service!
I'm not sure how the product works yet but the reviews let me to 1Password and your customer service kept me from deleting it. I had issues with a discount offer but was able to get help on a Sunday afternoon during the Masters. 1Password Customer Service is second to none. Over the next several months I'll figure out how the product works and will be glad to offer another review at that time! Alina S ... you are an all star!
