Couldn't login to a Families account even after recovery
We were using the Google extension in 1 Password and even after recovery, the account wouldn't login. This was a situation where there were different Google Profiles. The 1Password team stepped in and confirmed that the account could logged in to with the new Secret Key and Password at https://my.1password.com/ Unfortunately that didn't work because the account didn't appear to be there. 1Password again stepped up and solved the problem with the aid of some customer screenshots. Recommend 1Password Highly!
We moved to 1Password from another popular password manager, and we are glad we did. 1Password is powerful, yet easy to use. And it's seamless integration with many apps makes it very valuable. We contacted Customer Service because we were having problems registering the product. It turns out the problem was a typo on our end, but we received a very prompt response, and the CSR that we dealt with was very helpful and professional. We recommend 1Password highly!
