1Password support team
I had a problem first with installation of 1Password and then with 1Password and Avast AntiTrack clash not letting me access my 1Password account on a MBP running Monterey. The Password support team were fantastic and to be fair the Avast support team were too. Because the Avast app was the one causing the trouble it was the Avast team that solved the problem. I can now use both apps at the same time now. Thank you both.

Excellent product support
After a recent product upgrade one element of the user interface did not have the same functionality as previously – a small issue, since the desired functionality was still available via another, slightly more circuitous route. I reported this experience via email to product support, including diagnostic information as recommended on the product support website. The problem was resolved the next working day. The support staff at 1Password…
The support staff at 1Password responded quickly to my initial inquiry and then guided me through the steps needed to diagnose and solve my problem. Their questions and directions were clear and specific, and they didn't waste my time with pointless suggestions (Have you tried restarting your computer?). I was altogether pleased with their support--which solved my problem.

5 Stars! Directions sent via email to this 82 year old grandmother were clear and easy to follow. I was apprehensive, but the issue was resolved with relative ease and in a timely manner.

Great support team
Great support team. I had requested some assistance changing accounts from individual to a family plan as I had some issue in the past but didn't seek any further assistance. Everyone was quick to respond, in detail. Very friendly crew to deal with.

Very recommendable PSM
I tested 1Password and had some questions. The support was very fast and helped me to clear all my troubles. 1Password I can recommend. It works on my Mac, IPhone and my Windows PC without problems. (Maybe the import from Kaspersky PSM should be integrated)
