the best password manager on the market
1password deserves more love. the website is clean AF, they have amazing features like the watchtower and the shared family vaults, etc. However what stuck out the most for me is how exceptional the customer service is, especially blake from the customer service team who helped me fix my billing issue in 1 simple email.

Help desk crew have been very courteous, helpful and patient as they walked me through several issues primarily due to my unfamiliarity with 1Password. When required, staff actually tested issues I was experiencing and made recommendations that rectified problems. Very impressed with response time and support.

Customer service is stellar.
I have had some difficulties with 1Password setting it up on two Apple computers and one Android phone. But the customer help has been stellar. They have worked with me on all my problems in a friendly and efficient manner and have been wonderful. Their help is the best I have ever received from any company bar none. Kudos guys! An incredibly useful product
An incredibly useful product, rich with features. Customer support was extremely responsive and helped me solve my issue immediately (i.e., < 2 hrs). I used to use Truekey and LastPass and 1PW blows them out of the water!

Service beyond my expectations!
The customer service with Sully was way beyond my expectations. Fast. Clear. Efficient. CORRECT! and, to my amazement, credited all our past unused subscription for use on a going forward basis. I am sold on 1Password because of Sully and their team! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Very prompt and professional help
By an accident (autocorrection mistake) I have created duplicated 1P accounts but haven't noticed that until I got double charged. Keturah, Saif and the support team promptly responded to my ask, helped me to correct the problem and refunded the extra charge. Very professional!
