Best app/software I've ever used!
Best app/software I've ever used! I've been using 1Password for several years now. First, it was only my personal account, but I have since migrated to the Family subscription. Most recently they linked it through to my eero secure+ account. Any little concern or help I've needed along the way, the tech support team is always quick to respond. With over 400 items (password, logins, IDs, credit cards, etc) in my vault, this has been the most convenient and accessed app/software I've ever used.

Very quick support!
I wanted to upgrade to a Family plan, but I couldn’t since I managed my subscription through Apple and, currently, there is no way to upgrade to a family plan from an individual plan the subscription was done through Apple. I had to reach out for them to help me move my subscription from Apple to 1Password, and they were able to do that very quickly! After that, I was able to upgrade to the Family plan with no problems.

I trust 1Password already for years

User since v3 - still a must have
Although now a bit fidgety due to the newer account approach, a must-have app on your phone and desktops. Been using it since v3. Worth the time to install.

I wanted to upgrade to a family plan
I wanted to upgrade to a family plan, to get my mother-in-law up and running... she's not the most tech savvy person and I wanted to assist her when she needed help with online accounts, as well as to make sure her data was safe. 1password was the right answer. I hoped I could perhaps get a bit of a discount on the upgrade, as I've been a 1pass user for 10 years now. Be tenacious
I had a difficult case when trying to change from a standalone app to a subscription one. Mostly my fault as I let a trial version lapse. Took a few days and was elevated to gru level support. All good! 1Password is an excellent password manager and have been with them and have recommended it to others for many years.
