Good support when I needed it
I have used 1Password since 2016, so I know the software inside and out. This is the first time I've needed to contact support--which in itself is a statement about how solid this software is. And the reason I had to contact them this time was my own mistake. The customer support was very strong. They have detailed response templates and were able to help me solve my problem. Great Customer Assistance
When I began using 1Password, I set up a family account, but no other family members were using it. I contacted customer service to see about switching to an individual account. They walked me through the process and I was successful at changing to an individual account. Very easy! I love 1Password...so easy to use, so convenient across all platforms, and so secure.

User since v3 - still a must have
Although now a bit fidgety due to the newer account approach, a must-have app on your phone and desktops. Been using it since v3. Worth the time to install.

Best app/software I've ever used!
Best app/software I've ever used! I've been using 1Password for several years now. First, it was only my personal account, but I have since migrated to the Family subscription. Most recently they linked it through to my eero secure+ account. Any little concern or help I've needed along the way, the tech support team is always quick to respond. With over 400 items (password, logins, IDs, credit cards, etc) in my vault, this has been the most convenient and accessed app/software I've ever used.

I wanted to upgrade to a family plan
I wanted to upgrade to a family plan, to get my mother-in-law up and running... she's not the most tech savvy person and I wanted to assist her when she needed help with online accounts, as well as to make sure her data was safe. 1password was the right answer. I hoped I could perhaps get a bit of a discount on the upgrade, as I've been a 1pass user for 10 years now.
