Easy Billing Switch
I wanted to switch from in-app billing to direct billing. 1Password support representatives were very helpful and friendly, and I made the switch with ease. I also very much appreciated the credit for the remaining time on my in-app subscription!

Very powerful password-manager for our small team
Very powerful for our small team. After a small period of seeming complex configuration we share vaults with colleagues easily, Mac and Windows. Much functions. We had some issues in the last few years, contacted the helpdesk and were friendly, right to the spot and quickly supported until solution. For us this password-solution is worth the price several times (I hope the fellows of 1P do not read this:).

1Password manager and support!
1Password manager is a product which I have been using since 2014, it is rock solid, easy to work with and highly recommended. I had a challenge with setting up the family account as there were old conflicting legacy instalments. The support team helped me out, thoroughly and with with patience. Such dedication and promptness in response is something not experienced with other products. Again highly recommended.

1Password for Mac 8 here I come…
Through a series of Q&A chat sessions the folks at 1Password helped me untangle a mess of crossed accounts accidentally created when I had .com and .ca accounts through the app (Ver 7) and on my browser. They lead me through the steps of transferring my passwords from one account to the other to match them up and than to consolidate my access to them on all my devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini). 1Password is for me.
