I was locked out of one password. They sent me info on what yo do but I didn’t have to reset or delete my account. Was able to recover my password

My wife's 1P developed a problem
My wife's 1P developed a problem: she could not log in using the icon in her Finder's taskbar (OS X). I tried various fixes but they did not work. I found the contact link on the 1P site, and Josephine responded. She recommended a solution (erase the 1P data on my wife's Mac, then restore it using my master account). In a word, the ultimate.
I turned to 1password to provide me with the ultimate in password security. I also turned to them when times were tough and I needed a little help. They were there for me both times. I couldn't rate 1password more highly and I routinely recommend it to all my friends and family! In fact, I signed up for the 1password family package so I could protect my loved ones, too. Happy "old-form" license holder finally moves into the future, and LOVES IT.
I’m sure you have all heard a great deal of criticism on the subscription move. I definitely qualify as one of those frustrated “hangers on” to my old-form licenses. However, within minutes of establishing my online account I was gaining new value with 1Password. I think the biggest surprise for me was the “a ha” that the browser extensions now worked *anywhere* without needing the client installed and syncing set up. This review is for the support team. I accidentally made an annual subscription to the password manager (my mistake and absolutely not lack of clarity by 1Password’s site). I sent an email asking for a refund and in less than half a day I was refunded of the money
