1Password has excellent customer service -- with a real person not a BOT!
I decided to try 1Password after trying for weeks to get support from Dashlane. I found I was mostly talking to a "Bot" and the help I received was just pages of info to wade through to try and figure out the issues myself. This is not what I consider customer service. 1Password was listed on "Think Geek" where I get a lot of my tech info from. I read up on the program, and decided to try it. Great Platform, Even Better Customer Service
I've been using 1Password for years, and have loved it. Best ever. Recently we signed up for the family version so that we could share certain passwords amongst ourselves and, should anything untoward happen to me, there would be access for all of my family. In other words, things would not grind to a halt. What I have learned since switching over is just how good 1Password's customer service is. 1 Password is outstanding.
I have been using 1Password (1PW) for several years and have found it to be a superlative program with a superlative support team. I cannot compare 1PW to similar software but I find it hard to believe any other program could be better. I have messed up a couple times. The most recent was in changing my Master PW. A good and effective password manager that is easy to work with. Also the app for mobile devices works great. They also have with a very good and helpful support team backing it.
