Great support team

Needed help changing my Master Password and I sent a message asking how to go about it. Received a detailed email walking me through the process. Timothy took the extra step of telling me what I would need to do to change the password on my phone app as well. Very pleased with the support and the product overall too!

Great Linux support and great service

I am using 1password on Linux and very happy with it. There is notable effort going into developing a good client and the cli features and browser integration are also only getting better. The one time I had an actual issue with the setup on a new PC due to a bug in their code, the support was very friendly, offered an immediate workaround and the issue was fixed in the very next version. Installing 1Password has made my life notably easier and I really don't want to miss it anymore :)

Lightning fast support!

Th support is not quick, it’s just lightning fast! Receiving an answer on an email question in 10 minutes - that’s fantastic!!! And all the rest is of the same level - mobile app, desktop app, browser extension. I’m paying annual and absolutely happy with this investment!

I had a couple of challenges. Support resolved them!

I had a couple of challenges using some aspects of the newly installed 1 Password and turned to support for help. The interface is somewhat different from the LastPass that I have been using for years and I wasn't used to the new software. Awesome service

Awesome service! I've been using 1Password for a couple of years now and is an important part of my day to day and securing my information. I've now extended it to my family so they can embrace more secure habits also. Support has been of great help in the process.

A must have application

Outstanding app, extraordinarily good support and a fair subscription price make this application a "must have". The elimination of local vaults and the lack of the option to process payments via PayPal do not appeal to me. Still, I think the app is unrivaled

I had selected a wrong plan method, contacted support via email and within minutes, my issue was quickly resolved.

A Lifesaver

I dragged my feet over switching over to a password manager. Now that it's done, I can say it was worth the time and investment. I don't have experience with other password managers, but my experience with 1Password has been very good. Recently I needed help in recovering my password. I was grateful that I could interact with a real person who listened and responded. They even followed up to make sure that my issue was resolved. Very professional.
