Browser Extension Issue
I had an extension issue with my browser. After exhausting the suggestions on the website support pages, I emailed the Support Team asking for help. Paul responded very quickly-I don’t want to set anyone‘a future expectations, but it was less than 15 minutes. He must have had a premonition and waited for my email! Anyway, his reply email suggested a fix and it worked like a charm. All is well! Thanks, Paul!

Best password manager with top notch support
Bumped into issues when trying to use my Solokey with 1Password, due to some technical specification of the key and Fido2 standards. Contacted support and got my problem fixed within 24hrs. Kudos to their support team and developers.

Highly polished and snappy.
Highly polished, beautiful software. It manages to provide a simple and user-friendly veneer on top of an important and complicated problem. Importing from other password managers is a breeze. The browser plugin and apps are snappy and easy to use. A worthwhile upgrade.

Life-changing app
Not having to remember a million different logins and constantly changing passwords is life-changing. This app was recommended to me by a friend in the fintech industry and I'm very happy with the cost if I can avoid the stress that comes with trying to remember strong passwords.
