"A definitely necessity in my life!"

What do you like best about 1Password? I have been using 1Password for years. Granted, it takes a little bit of time to set up, but it is well worth it! Since implementing 1Password, I have never had my security compromised, and know my accounts are safe. I highly recommend it!

Changing from a primary vault to a personal vault

I was using 1Password 7 on an iMac with a primary vault. I wanted to set a personal vault to prepare for an upgrade to version 8. I turned to online support for help. It took several emails from them to guide me through the process. I succeeded in establishing a personal vault, migrating my data to the vault, and deleting my primary vault. I am now using version 7 with the personal vault. The support team patiently worked with me to achieve this.

Great product, great support

I've been using 1Password for more than a year, and I like it far better than two other similar products I've tried in the past. But recently, I had to use their support channels for a question about a hardware security key that was misbehaving. It turned out to be the key manufacturer's fault for using a non-standard encryption key length, but the 1Password developers proactively provided a solution even before the key manufacturer released a modified firmware image to address the problem ...

The customer service is great

The customer service is great. I applied for a promotional discount and 1password offered me five years of free membership almost immediately. Keeping passwords safe is important in this era, thanks 1password for helping us with that.

It is a very pleasant experience to work with the technology support team at 1Password. During the first few weeks after purchase I had several experiences with the technicians Each and every time they assisted me to correct the operation issues that I was having. Today I have 1Password installed on my IPhone,IPad and IMac computer. I have over a 100 accounts and all now have 1Password generated passwords installed Very happy with the Software and the service Richard

Steep learning curve at first, but worth it

I got 1Password about a month ago, so I'm still getting used to its capabilities. Once I finally understood how to add websites and generate new passwords I have really enjoyed how smoothly it works. The best thing about the program is the customer support team. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient and have helped me more than once to figure out the best way to solve a problem. harrowing upgrade resolved

1password's support team rescued me as I tried to navigate the jump between the old and subscription versions on multiple devices. Several pitfalls along the way had me sweating as I need to be able to use this for everyday functioning. After multiple back and forth emails, it is up and running and I am able to relax again.
