I use 1Password for both personal and professional use. I love it! Everything I need at the ready. Recently I had a question and the response was timely and helpful.

Prompt accurate support

I have been a 1Password user since it came out. I have also been a beta user. Questions with the beta version are quickly answered. I then changed over to the new release of Ver 8. I first could not get the released version to load over the beta. I sent a request for help and I had an answer the day. Then, I could not get the extension to load in Safari. Once again, my problem was solved with a return email. In short; prompt, accurate and to the point support.

Easy to use and works on across my devices. Very useful for storing payment details alongside all of my passwords and important notes. We use it at work too to share amongst the team. The customer service team are prompt at replying and helpful should you need them.

I enjoyed a career in hospitality for over 45 years managing 4-5 star hotels worldwide and can unequivocally say the customer service at 1Password is exceptional bar none. Brave.

I've had a very good experience with the 1Password Support. After reporting the issue, the team responded quickly, the engineer understood my issue and provided an action plan. And after collecting more logs, they've analyzed and reported the issue to the engineering team who will fix the bug in the next version of the product. Next to providing this feedback, they've also shared a workaround, until the issue gets fixed. It was a really good technical support experience 😊

I've been using 1Password since the beginning and have had nothing but success with it. The customer service is the best and they have bent over backward to assist me with any snags. I wouldn't trade that for anything else.
