I've been using 1 password for years, love it. Recently, I had a complicated situation where I got a new phone, erased the old one, and no longer had access to my MFA app. Support tried hard to recover my account using a series of account related questions. I couldn't answer them but was glad to see it's very difficult to get around MFA. Great Support

I had some issues upgrading to version 8 of 1Password. Laura was an excellent support and guided me through the various stages of upgrading. Under her control all the issues were resolved in a timely manner and everything is working very well now. 1Password itself is a great app - been using it for years. I see so many poor, insecure methods people use for managing their passwords. They should all use 1Password as it is so easy, versatile and SECURE.

Very satisfied with 1Password support

Very interested in the "1Password Family" formula - I already had a personal account - I had several exchanges with the "Support" sector of this computer company in order to clarify some points. User of 1Password since release 4, with release 7 i adopt the subscription model, based on only one server based in CA; during 2022 i view an alternative "eu" server, and i like use it. Excellent customer manager support and follow me with plain and clean passages to adopt temporary 2 user subscription, transfer hundred of keys between users, then close oldest "com" position, and add the remaining €s of my old subscription on the newest "eu". 1Password the best getting better all the time

1Password was the best thing I found to manage my passwords years ago, and it keeps getting better. I now have a family account and the words "do you remember my password" are a thing of the past... 1Password does!
