I had an issue of gaining access and an immediate reply back from 1Password support staff solved the problem. This is the "Norm" for the Team at 1Password. Thank you for your help! This was the best “help” I’ve ever had - you told me exactly what to do, what steps I needed to take, rather than just directing me to another web site. or video tutorial. I love using 1Password, it has made my life much easier. No stress from remembering passwords, because that's what 1Password does for me! :) I have spoken with the support team a few times, and I've had a good experience with them!

Astonishingly good support

Astonishingly good support from the team at 1Password. I have to mention Catherine particularly, but everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, polite, and reassuring. I'm not computer savvy at all, so setting up my new account and migrating data from my ancient stand-alone version of 1P was daunting.
