Best online support
I would like to thank Lizzie, member of customer support team. She supported me in a billing problem during the weekend. I have been using the free version of 1Password since ages, and i decide now to pass the full version. I reccommend the use of the software, expecially because it is really multiplatform. I am using it with Safari, Chrome, iPad, iPhone.

Helpful and fast customer support
I have been using 1password for 2 years now and so did my partner. We decided to switch to family package, but it was not clear to us how to do it since we each had our individual accounts. I reached out to customer support with this question. The support team was extremely helpful and fast. I was surprised that they welcomed our request and were eager to help to merge our two accounts.

What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password makes it completely seamless to manage your passwords and login information for an unlimited number of websites. It integrates with your web browser so you can easily provide your id and password within the context of whatever website you're trying to access.

Excellent customer service
I installed 1Password - but then decided not to use it. I needed some help uninstalling it from my sysrem but didn’t know how to remove it from my browser. I contacted 1Password for assistance, and honestly I was not expecting the prompt, cheerful, and immediately useful help. The gold standard for customer service!
