Best password manager for support
Not only do I feel that 1Password is without doubt the best password manager out there, but the support is second to none. There is no question of anyone leaving you without the question being resolved to your satisfaction. They're an excellent organisation, from development to support.

Brilliant Support for a Novice
I am not good with computer matters, but the 1Password Team helped me achieve a transfer from my .com account to a .eu account. It involved many stages and questions from me as I experienced uncertainty on my part. At every stage the Team offered clear, easy to follow encouraging help. I am quite happy with 1Password
I am quite happy with 1Password. I have one complaint, though. I use 1Password to collect my passwords and occasionally to create new ones. I don't often need 1Password to fill in a password. So, the pop-up window that appears whenever there is a form to be filled in is a bit annoying. First you have to login to 1Password and then you can fill in the form but I have often been distracted by the fact that Safari and 1Password compete with each other when there is something to be filled in.
