Thank you 1password and it's team
I've been using 1password since 2012. It was and it is one of the best apps I ever had, I think it is one of the top ten must have apps. I never had a problem with the app. Now, 10 years later it's time to move to a family membership, kids grew and also their loggins Ids and passwords. I wrote to the support regarding some issues and doubts and I was incredibly surprised with all the team because of their quick response and also for the cordiality and help offered. Great customer support!
I sent in an e-mail to customer support for a solution to an issue I could not find the answer to myself. I got an e-mail response within the hour with the solution. The response was very detailed and easy to follow and even contained a video of the key strokes and path to follow. I only wish all help lines had this good of service.

Could not live without 1Password these…
Could not live without 1Password these days. Too many complex passwords/passphrases to remember, and too many different OTC solutions. Love that 1Password can handle the majority of my OTC and Multi-factor Authentication clients. I have been a user since the beginning and plan to continue doing so for years... Best Password/Credential Manager there is. And that says it all.

Great client service team.
The product is excellent and when I encountered issues (of my own doing) I found their service folks to be very responsive and extremely helpful. I would recommend this product to my friends.

software = excellent / customer service = AMAZING
very simple = the software is just great... but the customer service is even better.. soo let s just say AMAZING... i have a problem to fix, because i am not good in technical matters... and the customer service team were very patient and at the end we make it.... i really advice you the software and i can guarantee that the service is even better
