It works; I trust it; Customer Service is of equal quality

I believe I’ve used 1Password for close to or over a decade now. For the most part it just works. When it doesn’t, it’s almost always been my error. I don’t recall a 1Password defect ever putting me at risk or interfering with my work. At most there have been UI / UX complaints I might have leveled *and* I’ve seen them steadily refine tools over years. Very good

Very good. Terrible on Android though when trying to use autofill. It just doesn't work right. Only Chrome autofill works consistently. I think it's an Android issue. FWIW. I don't trust Trustpilot especially with their rating algorithms.

1Password ist one of my essential apps…

1Password ist one of my essential apps for about 10 years already. I use everyday on all of my devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad & Apple Watch). With every update it gets better and better and it's always on the forefront of what technically is possible. Please keep up the good work!

Excellent support at all times

I initially had som problems after upgrade to 1Password 8 - I wasn’t sure that I had succeeded with the installation at all, but with the very informative and easy-to-follow steps and clearly marked screenshots from Kevin Li it was very easy. Considering the time difference also between Scandinavia and US (I believe), there was never a too long wait for reply! Really great but not perfect

Five stars, but the UI (which is better than the competitors) is not 'easy' enough. Maybe add a simple and a advanced mode.

Excellent customer support. They were responsive and followed up on my questions. AND there was continuity in the follow up - no repeat questions. Good problem solving that got me the solution I needed. Thanks team! Also, I've developed high trust in 1PW after having road tested it for a long time. A very good product that has enabled me to be more productive digitally for sure.
