Have been a long term personal user of 1PW for some time now and recently took the opportunity to upgrade to a family account. Also want to add that not only do I think the product is great, but also the service received in supporting the upgrade was top drawer too.

iOS sync working again
I called for support because 1Password stopped synchronizing with my iOS device. Support gave me some instructions to follow for us to diagnose the root cause. They responded quickly and we got they sync to work.

Should've moved to 1Password years ago
I've been using a different password manager for many years and recently gave 1Password a try. The autofill is much smarter and the new Quick Access feature is amazing and trumps the need for a third party app integration (in my case Alfred or Raycast). There has been some controversy about 1Password's move to Electron since version 8, which is understandable given that many Electron apps are mediocre. But 1Password's development team nailed it.

1Password Account
1Password Account I was due to pay my annual fee, but I was unable to acces my account. The helpdesk kept on searching with me, until eventually it appeared that I had misplaced a vital item in the wrong place, and I could not have discovered it without the help of the supportteam. Very friendly and capable people over there.
