Outstanding support, usually within 24 hours. I wish sooner but understand and also wish we had a direct line to speak to a human, as what took 4 days could have been done in a 15 minute phone call.

Trying to change from a standalone…
Trying to change from a standalone version to a subscription one. Overall, instructions were clear but did run into a little problem with duplicate entries. The e mail response was quick and friendly and did solve my issue. Wish all inquiries were that easy to accomplish.
