What do you like best about 1Password? I love that 1Password lets me centralize all my generated passwords, allows me to auto-fill logins in any browser (including apps on my phone), and acts as a 2FA authenticator.

I had an old forgottne account and opened a new one which caused me confusion. The support team was extremely helpful and responded quickly to help me resolve this

Excellent Customer Service
I sent a message to the customer support team to help me with a matter relating to my subscription plan. Within a few minutes I received a very friendly message detailing the actions I should take. Very impressed with the speed, effectiveness and level of service I received! Well done team 1P!

GREAT support
Once it was explained to me that my adding PS to my requests only pushed my request to end of line, the support became fabulous! I had asked for a chat or share my screen, but this was just as good. Within the hour, usually, if not quicker, I would have a response to my question. The response was always clear, accompanied with screenshots. I know the guys/gals may have gotten exasperated with this old woman, but they never let on! Thank you for your excellent customer service.

The support & enthusiasm fro the staff…
The support & enthusiasm fro the staff at 1Password is simply awesome. When I signed up for the trial by mistake I signed up for a family plan. This was very easily corrected to a personal plan which is all that I need right now. Nothing was too much trouble. If only other people in the Computer World were as helpful! The staff team obviously realise that EACH prospective customer is important. Unfortunately this really great pre & after sales support seems to be extremely rare. Well done ...
