Very good password app.
I’m in the process of moving to 1Password from another password application. I read a lot of reviews first before deciding. 1Password is more expensive than other similar products but early impressions are that both the functionality and the security are very good. I’ve had a few questions and the 1Password support has been excellent - with helpful and very quick replies.

As Essential As My House Keys
I’ve been using 1Password for 13 years. I don’t think there is any software utility that I use as frequently or religiously as I do this one. It is the THE product I recommend to anyone who uses the internet. It has been instrumental in making sure that my online accounts are unique, uncompromised, and reinforced with MFA when a service supports it. My digital life would crumble without this product.

I contacted 1Password for assistance when I found myself unable to reset a password. Their response was helpful and efficacious.

Great experience
I had trouble trying to upgrade to a family account and contacted customer service via email with my issue. Customer service replied to me immediately with a FAQ bot answer, but once I clarified I needed further assistance I was helped immediately. I had my problem fixed in a matter of minutes with clear steps and instructions. Customer service representatives were detailed and polite. Top scores from me so far.

The only Trustpilot review I shall ever write
So there I was after eons (it felt like eons) using an Excel Spreadsheet for passwords and secret words and stuff I wanted to keep secret. And even though I love using spreadsheets; it was so cumbersome and unintuitive to use a spreadsheet sitting in the storage of my computer. I wasn’t able to use my list on my smartphone.
