"User friendly and good structured"
What do you like best about 1Password? The software is user friendly and has pretty good documentation about everything. The support team is helpful and cooperative as well.

Been using it since the first version
I have been using this since the very first version, maybe even the beta, can’t remember. It has never failed me. It just keeps getting better. This is the only app I can’t live without. I have my whole life in there. Family plan is fantastic. Cannot recommend enough! Support is friendly, prompt, and expert. There are cheaper alternatives— there are none better. Worth every penny and I’m glad to support their excellent work.

Amazing customer service - responsive and helpful!
After signing up for 1Password, I was initially having trouble getting it to work to save passwords in my browser (Chrome). I emailed Customer Service and they were so incredibly helpful. They got back to me right away to help troubleshoot. It required 2-3 emails back and forth to fix the problem, and each time the customer service representatives were prompt, helpful, and offered solutions that seemed like the "reasonable" next step with an appropriate level of detail for a ...

I can't imagine my life (and work) without 1 Password. Truly! Long-time user and loyal fan, they continue to impress me with their stable product and excellent customer support!

Had problems getting 1Password to work…
Had problems getting 1Password to work for me. Contacted the support staff who provided some recommendations to assist. I was able to restore my subscription and am very satisfied with the product. Thank you very much!
