Support was fast and efficient
Support was fast and efficient - particularly liked the follow-up to check all ok. Also felt like a human response and not an irritating bot that most sites use (for cheapness and not customer benefit).

Great support
Great support. Recently I contacted 1Password's support team to arrange a non-profit discount on a new account for a charity project. I was really impressed with the clarity and frequency of communication, the fact they steered me onto a more suitable and cheaper option for our team, and that they clearly explained next steps at every stage. The only password manager I recommend
I've been using 1Password for almost 20 years, both at home and at work, and it has been flawless since day one. I recommend it to everyone. It is easy to use for beginners and flexible for power users.

I've used 1Password for years. It is easy to use, secure, has awesome features. I love that I can use it across multiple devices, on both Mac and PC platforms with one subscription. I highly recommend 1Password!

Never without 1Password
Well, I'm using 1Password since the version 4. On Mac, iOS, Android, Windows, Linux : it's the one an only tool that is always with me for all those years. A clever piece of software, reliable and indispensable.

Steph's support was excellent
Steph's support was excellent. My Chrome browser extension was not working after I upgraded to 1Password 8. We exchanged a few email to fix the problem. Now the Chrome extension is working just fine.

I could not get my new credit card…
