The 1password support team was great to…
The 1password support team was great to work with. They communicated quickly and clearly without being overly technical. I am new to 1Password and am very pleased with the support that I received after having a minor issue with a duplicate account that apparently had been setup a couple of years ago.

I wrote 1Password support on Friday morning. Julia V. replied to my inquiry early Sunday morning. Wow, early Sunday morning! Who works early Sunday morning? People that are committed and believe in the service they are offering, such as Julia. Her response was clear and answered the question I asked. I was impressed. I've been using 1Password for years
I've been using 1Password for years, and it keeps getting better and better. Mac support, iOS version, great support, encryption, browser integration...it's everything I could ask for in a password manager.

Best support
Support was quick to respond and resolve my issue. I can’t recall the last time I didn’t have to be on hold forever or wait weeks for a reply. The 1Password team has customer service figured out. Great job!
