MY name is Mary. I l have been a member of 1Pass word for 3 years. I am not computer savvy and I need a lot of Help. The 1Password support Team is the best organization I ever used. They guide us all the way from stat to the point where you are able to work on your own.. I contracted support several times. They have improved their programs to make it easier for us. Password Manager is the top of the line.

This review is as much about the product as it is about the support. I've been using 1Password since 2009 and the product continues to improve with every release. The latest version is substantially different than the previous, but it works exceptionally well once the migration is complete. I ran into a snag (not product based) and required some assistance from tech support, the team was really quick to respond, and very very helpful. The customer service agent was first rate.
The customer service agent, Catherine F., was really helpful and generous with her time. She got me set up easily and, as expected, I'm very happy with the result. 1Password is a great app that makes security a snap.

Super good support!
I have had only super good experiences with 1Passwort Suport in the last 2 days. The email contact was always very friendly and helpful from all. And I never had to wait long for an answer. In any case, I can only recommend 1Passwort. My problem is solved and I am happy. Thanks again to the whole 1Passwort team. Keep up the good work.

1Password Billing support is excellent
1Password Billing support is excellent. I had 1password bundled with another product and I needed to de-couple the two and pay for 1password directly. The only way was via support and they resolved it in minutes. Can't ask for more.

Great software
Great software, great support! 1password has always been a really high quality application. It does its job, is super fast, and gets out of the way. Their support team is also amazing—I had an issue with billing and everything was sorted within 24 hours!
