The ONE App Even My Wife Loves!

I cannot live without 1password for families! I have suggested many applications to my spouse, and this is the only one that stuck and WE love it! It not only provides us online protection but gives my wife peace of mind knowing if anything happened to me, she needs only to type "Emergency" into 1Password and everything she needs will be there along with account information. This is a no-brainer and a must-have. Love the team as well as they are responsive and super kind!

Fast and stable product. Company provides a forum where customers may voice their concerns, feature requests or simply gratitude. Their customer support is also willing to go above and beyond to provide a excellent service, and you are left with the feeling that they value their customers more than that last 0.2% on the bottom line.

Impressive support in response to some issues I raised

I recently sent in some feedback about some problems we were experiencing with auto fill and log-ins. I honestly wasn't expecting much to come of it, but within a few days, I had received both an automatic acknowledgement, and then a detailed response to my issues, with several recommendations for their solution, from Kevin Li on the support team.
