I can't access my account to update the payment method.
I can't access my account to update the payment method. Through 1Password Billing Support, after exchanging several emails, I managed to solve the problem successfully.

A 1Password update removed 1Password!
I clicked on a 1Password pop-up offering to update my copy. Instead 1Password was removed from my machine. It took several interactions, and a break for the weekend, but 1Password support guided me through the steps to recover. I could not reach password protected websites during this time. But my passwords were not lost. So support is good. But 1Password testing missed a major bug. Fortunately the bug removed only the app, not my many, many passwords. (Watch out for the next bug. Great product and service!
I am extremely satisfied with the service and the product of 1Password. In addition, They helped me quickly when I have a question or a problem. It is then quickly solved by the helpdesk! I would definitely recommend 1Password to anyone looking for a good password manager!

The support is great
The support is great. Fast response, knowledgeable and patient. 1Password is such a refreshing relief after fighting L@$tG@$p for 2 years. 1Password works in multiple browsers, does the fill in the right places. It's secure and great across multiple devices. I love it!
