I just left Dashlane Premier after many…
I just left Dashlane Premier after many years of using it successfully in keeping my zillions of passwords safe. Now with 1Password I found immediately great support which saved me many minutes, if not hours, of getting it installed correctly. Very impressive, especially since it's much less expensive, but much more responsive than Dashlane. Thank you all!

Great support!
I have only had to contact 1Password twice in the many years I have been using it. Both times were dealing with a change in account type and both times support were super responsive and helpful getting me the exact information I needed.

Awesome 1Password Support and Product
The 1Password support is the best password management support I've ever interacted with. I've had a few paid password managers over the years and by far they are the most knowledgeable and most friendly. Even when I ask questions they have documented they still end up providing me extra steps and help. They also really have great follow up. Beyond that the product is awesome. Excellent customer support
Migrated from 7 to 8 which was relatively easy but then wanted to change servers and migrate data from one to another which I was a bit trickier. The customer support team at Agilebits has always been very responsive and helpful and were again in this case. They quickly helped me to do this and all is good.

I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. I sent my questions and within a few moments received a response. When I responded back again just a few moments. They supplied links for me so that make the process even easier. I am so pleased with 1Password. They really are above the rest.

Transfer of existing 1Password account to new Eero Secure + subscription
1 Password team were very helpful in navigating through the unusual? complexity of a different email address being used in my new Eero Secure+ subscription. Zach explained that emails advising that the 1Password subscription had been cancelled could be ignored - as it was the way he had used to transfer to the new subscription. All in all a good experience. Thanks to all who assisted me. Allan
