Amazing support team
I had downloaded 1password a few months prior to deciding to give it a second try, as I Experienced the exact same issue. Unable to get the imports to show up correctly on each field. Previously, I was using Bitwarden which I was very happy with the ease of use, but it was missing some of the extra features provided by 1password. I can't imagine without 1Password...
I'm kind of person who cares a lot about privacy, I think about it in everything i put my data. I've tried 1Password for almost 1 year and now, I can't imagine how it can be without 1Password. If you're not customer yet, I can tell you, Just try, you'll see what I'm saying.

Needed help with 2FA reset
I lost my 2FA device and needed help getting back into my account. I appreciate the process to remove 2FA so I could log back into my account and am very pleased with how friendly everyone has been.

What do you like best about 1Password? It's easy store, generate and store password an with the sortcut it's easy to retrieve them. Sinchronized with other devices you have 1 place for all passwords

"Hands-down the best password and secure content manager"
What do you like best about 1Password? We use the family plan, and it's super simple to help manage the logins and passwords for everyone, whether it's a personal login or a shared login for the family. Because our vault is encrypted and hosted on 1P's secure servers, I don't need to worry about losing my data, or having it hacked. I love that they keep expanding features and including additional content types you can store in the vault.

Marcus was fantastic. He was extremely prompt with replies, helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and I greatly appreciated his efficiency and I definitely recommend 1Password support.
