1Password have been brilliant trying to help my issues and have always been on the ball with support. The product is brilliant and hasn’t let me down over the years. It has kept pace technologically and any necessary updates arrive when needed. Overall a good experience.

I Password customer service is…pretty amazing
I Password customer service is exceptional. I had a master password problem which they helped me resolve. They then emailed me to make sure I was back on track. Pretty amazing considering the low subscription price.
