I received specific, helpful guidance to convert from individual plan subscribed via iOS to family plan. Multiple people assisted in this process seamlessly. Great customer experience. Thank you.

Best password manager, support is top-notch
1password has avoided me the hassle to have a thousand Auth apps plus the very expensive fees that other services were charging me, I have access to my passwords and OTP's from any device, support has been extremely helpful and nice. I recommend 1password :)
