I had problems upgrading to 1Password8
I had problems upgrading to 1Password 8. It involved my desktop, my laptop and my iPhone. I had communications with several people over about 3 weeks. Everyone was very patient, professional and helpful. It was very complicated but with their help all seems well. THANK YOU.

Very easy and efficient support
Very easy and efficient support. The person I interacted with made everything clear and easy and got the job done. Instead of email being the only option for support would be great to have "chat" option ... as I'm never sure how long it will take for a company to respond to an email. (Although in this case it was just as instant as a chat would have been.)

Unbelievable support team, top tier!
My phone died and I lost access to 1password 2FA I had configured on it. Had it not been for their unmatched support team, I would have never regained access to my account. Goes without saying, losing all passwords would be a disaster and would cause big damage to my business. Thank you, team!

Individual Plan Renew Options
I had a question about some annual plan renewal options that were appearing when I opened my 1Password app on my desktop computer. I received an email response with in the hour and answered all my questions. Very good customer service. I have been a 1Password user for many years. Never needed any customer service. But this first experience was very good.
