Great product, Excellent customer support!
I have loved my experience with 1Password, and what has really made it great has been the level of customer support I've experienced. The level of attention and fast replies when I have had questions or issues with something has been second to none. They are always able to resolve technical issues that I have come up against (from lack of knowledge on my end) quickly. Once the passwords are integrated, the use is a breeze. I am recommending 1Password to all of my family, friends, and clients.

Sync to a new devise
Was having an issue getting my 1Password account to sync to a new computer. 1Password team worked with me over the course of several days to fix this problem. Everyone was awesome that helped me. Now everything works perfect. I really appreciate everything they did...

Great support even as not paying customer
I had some questions before signing up for the subscription. The support team answered within some hours or max. one day. For a not (yet) paying customer a really good response time. I'm now subscribed to the 1password service ;)

Didn’t read and follow the supplied…
Didn’t read and follow the supplied instructions, so I ended up locking my self out of my 1Password setup. So with a couple of very quick messages with support is was in and without any problem. Great work thanks team
