I wanted to upgrade to the Family Plan, but had a question prior to me doing so. I emailed the support team and received a reply within one hour. 1Password is when a great app is paired with equally great support. This was my first experience with support after years of using the app. My support experience reaffirms my belief that this app is a must have for any platform.

Extremely helpful and Fast

The executive was very helpful and resolved my problem to the fullest. They are always available to resolve any issues (although issues are rare with 1Password).

Tech Support Responsiveness

Although tech support via email is frequently frustrating because intent and interpretation of wording / grammar more often than not results in additional confusion and therefore more work, the 1Password Tech Support Team was highly reactive and put a lot of work into their answers, including a customized video with the actual website that I was having trouble auto-filling from 1Password. Excellent product and great support.

Mark-Shane Scale

Mark-Shane Scale, the support specialist I worked with, provided exceptional service. I needed help in reconfiguring my accounts and vault structure, and he was brilliant in breaking down instructions for me into a series of y/n questions and related links that led me through the process. It was the best experience I've had with 1Password, and suggest that the company closely examine what Mark-Shane does and help other support specialist replicate his approach.

Customer Service at a High Level

Paul Martin's professional and attentive response to my question about how to set up a login with custom fields for a library checkout webpage was extraordinary. He immediately let me know he understood the problem. His tone and words were warm and encouraging. He got back to me quickly with an initial solution and detailed guidance on how to set up the login, including helpful videos showing me what he had done.
