Great support
I wasn't happy when I had to upgrade from a stand-alone license to a subscription. And the transition from 1PW6 to 1PW7 was difficult for me. However, the product works very elegantly and I can't say enough for the prompt and patient (actually one guy on the phone got a little impatient with me...but at least I was talking to a human) support I received with that initial frustration and less critical questions I've since had.
