Assistance to upgrade Individual to Families account on a Google Play subscription

I asked for assistance on how I could upgrade my Individual account to Families since I couldn't do it myself with a Google Play Subscription. The support team that provided the assistance were all very accommodating. It may not seem much, but the smileys on their response goes a long way.
