Fixed Billing Issue Faster and Better than Expected
My 1Password support agent went above and beyond. I was trying to fix a billing mistake that, to be honest, was because of my oversight, and my agent was very kind and solved the problem right away. She even refunded me for the subscription time I had already partially paid for because of my oversight. All around a great experience.

Still The Best
This is the 2nd time I've interacted with 1Password support, and they once again blew me away with the quality of support and the promptness with which they resolved my issue. The remain leaps and bounds better than any other SaaS support team I've interacted with! 1Password invests in their support team as a first-class part of the org, and it shows.

Great email responses
I had to separate my work account from my personal account to make sure I can still pay my bill. The email help was one of the most responsive and informative I've come across. A great experience.

I'm a long time user of 1Password (as far back as 1PW 3). On the few occasions I've contacted 1Password Customer/Support, they've always responded quickly, professionally, and with the solution I needed.
