I recently reached out to 1Password support team for my account recovery. The process was a long one, although that’s what it should be in my opinion for utmost security. The support team was very helpful, prompt, friendly and professional - guided me through all the steps very well and clarified all my queries. The service level from 1Password is far beyond my expectation.There is never an email sent by me that goes unanswered. They are so courteous and friendly they make mw feel like they truly appreciate me as a customer. 1 Password is reliable, easy to use and their support team is TOP KNOTCH!
I am a huge fan of 1 Password. It is easy to use software that my family can use and feel like our data is secure. I recently made a mistake by deleting a family member account/data. The 1 Password customer support is stellar. They worked with me and were able to recover the deleted data within a few days. What a relief. I highly recommend 1 Password for your data security/password needs.

Account locked - Password failed
I could not log into my account (lost password). My request for help from the Support team was prompt, concise and helpful. We deleted my account, created a new one, and my payment account was credited for time lost while the app was unusable. Great team = great support!!! Now I can use and set up 1Password to keep my confidential information private, safe and easily accessible only to me, when needed! Thanks!
