Response to my question was prompt, helpful and accurate. It was also welcoming. The app is great. Allows you to store and access more than passwords. It's turning into my go-to information storage app.

Genuinely Useful

This product is genuinely useful. It syncs across all my devices easily, collects all my logins and passwords, and leaves out the need to remember a million passwords across different sites by just requiring to type in your one master password. Before I had all my passwords stored in the google password manager - they were mainly weak and reused passwords and were vulnerable if my google account was compromised. But now by migrating everything to 1Password, everything feels much more secure ...

Very worth the cost and effective

Started 1Password about 3 years ago. As a real estate broker there are many passwords needed across all the work applications, not to mention all my personal applications. 1PW has been a game changer and saved countless hours looking for passwords, secure notes, setting new logins, etc. And it works all my devices: tablet, phone and dektop. Worth every cent

Best Help Ever...

Best Help Ever.....bieng a 1Password customer for a number of years I had installed on several devices. My windows PC went down and I lost my hard drive but had backed up my account so the process of re-install was a bit convoluted as I was using a very old version. Two support individuals Mark-Shane and Muhammad helped me navigate the re-install and upgrade with very clear and concise instructions. I am back in 1Password App and functioning like a pro! Thanks.

I use it across 3 devices and have a shared account as well. All account passwords that I use are now much more complex and I am able to log-in with just one complex password I use for 1P

Individual to Family - done right!

Reached out for a challenge on converting a subscription from individual to family and it was seamless. I would recommend that this become something that is more "self service" in the future understanding that there are complexities with the apple store and google play store around that. The response through support was very fast and specific which I completely appreciate.

1P Works great! Exactly what I was looking for!

After several years in the travel industry with a staff of 3-5 people, I really needed something to help our team manage our daily used passwords, securely. 1Password was the best fit for me. I tried LastPass and Dashlane, but the learning curve was much easier with 1P. Even my husband has gotten the hang of it!
