1Password: Great application and superb customer service!
User for many years of 1Password stand alone versions on PC and mobile, I had various problems in switching to the subscription versions. I turned to customer service and found a lot of competence, patience and kindness. A big compliment to all the support team. And great satisfaction in using the app on devices and online.

The newest design is a bomb!
The newest design is a bomb! I love what you did with the app, I can't imagine my day without 1password. None of the password managers are up to par with your product. Keep up the good work!

Subscription period select issue
My annual subscriptions reseted to month subscription. And I could not figure out how to select yearly sub again. 1Password support helped me with that. Thanks a lot.

This is the greatest password manager.it is frequently revised, reliable, attractive and does not cost the earth.I have used it from its beginning.They are helpful and quick to answer any queries. Just buy it and know your information is safe.

Excellent customer service and great password manager
One of the reasons I signed up with 1Password instead of other password managers, was the number of references to 1Password's great customer service in the online reviews. Turns out the legend is true. After signing up I had to reach out to customer support for a minor issue. Within hours I received a response to my inquiry and the issue was resolved promptly.
