I wanted to switch from individual to family membership and I was subscribed through itunes. It was not a clear cut fix. I emailed 1 password and they got back to me within the hour to resolve the issue!

I have used this app since it's start in 2006. At the time, the founders, Dave and Roustem, would answer my emails within hours (even on w/e). Glad to know that the devotion to customer service has not changed despite the growth of the company. My recent query was answered within an hour. In addition, it's an indispensable app!

My request for clarification of my subscription status

My request for clarification of my subscription status sent through the app suggested that the response would arrive in due course. To my surprise it arrived after 6 hours which was excellent as it was not a critical request. The responses set down the situation to my account which was well communicated to enable me to understand my situation fully. That response was appropriate and thus allowed me to continue to enjoy the services of 1Password and the benefit of password security. Staff ...

1Password, in my opinion, is a very top-notch program for passwords. Easy to set up and use. It is my backbone for passwords when needed to log into websites, which is excellent. I love the system and use it all the time. My only complaint is that I can’t keep it open all day until I want to close it, Have to resign after 10-15 minutes. Inconvenient! If that can be fixed, I'd love it more!

Great support and friendly staff

I had a problem which I wasn't able to solve by myself. That's because I contact the 1Password Support. I chatted with some very friendly people of the staff. At least they solved my problem perfectly. They did a excellent job! I was extremely satisfied👍🏽👍🏽

Killer app with amazing customer service!

Every time I interact with 1PW support I come away more loyal than before! 1PW support is friendly and, critically, knowledgeable. So many organizations put unknowledgeable people on Tier1 support, which wastes everyone's time. Not 1PW--every time I talk to a rep they quickly understand the issue and either resolve it or immediately elevate it without wasting my time.
