Quick, efficient, positive customer support
I had presumable user error which lost me access to my account. I cancelled my account and reached out to support to verify that I would not continue to be charged. They quickly replied and confirmed I would not be charged. Since I had to cancel my account less than two months after signing up, I inquired about a partial refund. The customer service rep didn’t even bother me with any additional questions, they quickly applied my refund in a very prompt and courteous manner.

Excellent support and exactly what I needed
I had a problem with with some syncing issues, but they were able to read my iOS and MacOS diagnostic logs and give me the correct answer. Not only did they explain to me what the issue was, but they sent links to the exact area of documentation that I needed to read in order to be successful.

I experienced an issue trying to link…
I experienced an issue trying to link my Apple subscription to my account and nothing I did would show that the payment had been made so the account was frozen. 1Password customer support continued working with me for several days until the problem was resolved. They also provided a $10 credit for my troubles. I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you!
